Iyengar Bakery Style Rava Cake 🍰
Ingredients:
1 Cup Rava
1.5 Cups Sugar
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2tsp Baking Powder
1/2tsp Baking Soda
1/2tsp Cardamom Powder or Vanilla Essence
1/2 Cup Oil
1.5 Cups Milk (Boiled & Room Temp.)
Method:
1. Grind rava & sugar to a fine powder.
2. Remove it in a sieve. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cardamom powder & sieve.
3. Mix well the dry mixture.
4. Add oil & milk. Mix well.
5. Grease 7 × 7 baking tray with oil & flour.
6. Pour the cake batter.
7. Bake at 180° C until done. Check with the skewer. It took my around 1 hr to bake my cake.
