15 Minute Chicken Soup 🐔

Ingredients :
2tbsp Butter
1tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
1/2tbsp Ginger (finely chopped)
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Cup Chicken (cut into small pcs)
1/4 cup Sweet Corn
1/4 cup Carrot
2 Mushrooms
1/4 Cup Brocolli
1/4 Cup Baby Corn
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
1.5tsp Salt
1tsp Chicken Powder
2 Cups Water
1/2tbsp Dark Soya Sauce
1/2tbsp Sugar
2tbsp Cornflour
2tbsp Water
1 Egg White
Spring Onion Greens for Garnish

Method :
1. Heat butter in a pan.
2. Add garlic & ginger. Saute for few seconds.
3. Add chopped onion and saute for few seconds.
4. Add chicken and cook till it turns white.
5. Add sweet corn, carrot, mushrooms, brocolli, baby corn. Mix well.
6. Add salt, pepper and chicken powder. Mix well.
7. Add water and mix well.
8. Add soya sauce and sugar. Mix well and bring to a boil.
9. Mix cornflour and water to make a slurry.
10. Lower the flame and add the cornflour slurry to the soup, mixing vigorously.
11. Cook till the soup thickens and starts boiling.
12. Break an egg and separate the yolk. Beat the white of the egg slightly.
13. Pour the beaten egg in the soup through a strainer. Mix well and bring to a boil. Cook for 2 mins.
14. Garnish with spring onion greens.
15. Serve hot and enjoy your 15 min chicken soup in this cozy weather.
