Aloo Paratha
Ingredients - Stuffing :
500g Boiled Potatoes
1tsp Salt or as per taste
1tsp Cumin Powder
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Sprig Curry Leaves (15 - 20 leaves)
3 - 4 Green Chillies
1/2 cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
2tbsp Sesame Seeds
Method :
1. Boil and grate potatoes. Add salt as per taste, cumin & turmeric powders, chopped curry leaves, chillies and coriander. Add sesame seeds and mix well.
2. Divide into small lemon size balls.
Ingredients - For Dough :
400g Wheat Flour
1tsp Salt
Water as required to form a dough
1tbsp Oil
Method :
1. In a bowl, add flour, salt and water as required to bring to flour together to form a dough. Let it rest for 5 mins.
2. Drizzle oil and knead for 5 mins. Let it rest for 10 mins. Divide the dough into balls a little bigger than a lemon.
3. Press the dough ball and make a cavity to fill the stuffing. Seal and dust with flour.
4. Cook on tawa applying oil till it puffs and has nice brown spots on it.
5. Enjoy with ketchup.
