Ingredients :
125 Ghee
75g Powdered Sugar
235g All Purpose Flour
1tsp Vanilla Essence
Egg White
Chopped Nuts to decorate
Method :
1. Heat ghee and leave it overnight to solidify.
2. Next day beat it well till creamy and add powdered sugar to it. Beat it well.
3. Add all purpose flour little at a time and mix well. Add vanilla essence and mix.
4. Divide into 30g balls and flatten.
5. Brush the top with egg white and coat the top with chopped nuts.
6. Bake at 180° C for 20 - 25 mins.
