Pizza & Pasta Sauce 🍅🍅
Ingredients:
2tbsp Oil
4 - 5 Garlic Cloves
1 Small Onion
200g Tomato Puree ( 2 Tetra Packs)
Salt as per Taste
1/4 Cup Sugar or as per taste
1tsp Chilli Flakes
1tsp Oregano
4 - 5 Basil Leaves
Method:
🍅 Heat Oil in a pan.
🍅 Add Garlic & Saute for a few seconds till slightly brown
🍅 Add Onion & Saute till translucent
🍅 Add tomato puree & mix well
🍅 Add salt, sugar, chilli flakes, oregano & basil leaves. Mix well & bring to a boil.
🍅 Turn off flame & cool it. Store in air tight container.
🍅 Can be stored for upto 7 days
