Bheja Fry

Ingredients - Boiling the brains :
2 Goat Brains
Water
1/2tsp Salt
1/4tsp Turmeric Powder

Method :
1. Remove the veins of the brain using a toothpick. Wash it gently in water.
2. Add the brains to a vessel. Add enough water to immerse the brains. Add salt and turmeric powder and mix gently. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook for 3 - 4 mins.

Ingredients - Frying the Brains
2tbsp Butter
1tbsp Garlic
2 Chillies
1/8tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/4tsp Garam Masala
A Little Brain Stock
Salt as per taste

Method :
1. Heat butter in a pan.
2. Add garlic and chillies. Saute for a few seconds.
3. Add turmeric powder and mix.
4. Add brains, black pepper, garam masala, salt and a little stock to bring everything together
5. Mix well and cokk for 2 - 3 mins.
6. Serve with naan and sliced onions & lemon.
