TO FRY CHICKEN:
200GMS CHICKEN
1/4 TSP SALT
1/4 TSP SUGAR
1 & 1/2TBSP CORNFLOUR
1 EGG WHITE
OIL TO DEEP FRY
CORNFLOUR SLURRY
1TBSP CORNFLOUR
3TBSP WATER
FOR BLACK PEPPER CHICKEN
2TBSP OIL
1TBSP GARLIC
HALF ONION
HALF CAPSICUM
2 GREEN CHILLIES
3 DRIED RED CHILLIES
1 CUP WATER
1/2TSP SALT
1/2TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER
1TSP CHICKEN POWDER
1TSP SOYA SAUCE
1TBSP OYSTER SAUCE
1TSP SUGAR
METHOD:
1. ADD SALT, SUGAR, CORNFLOUR AND EGG WHITE AND FRY CHICKEN FOR 3 MINS.
2. MIX CORNFLOUR AND WATER AND MAKE CORNFLOUR SLURRY. KEEP ASIDE.
3. ADD OIL TO A PAN, ADD GARLIC AND SAUTE FOR A MIN.
4. ADD ONION, CAPSICUM, GREEN CHILLI AND DRIED CHILLI. SAUTE FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES AND ADD WATER.
5. WHEN WATER STARTS BOILING, ADD SALT, PEPPER POWDER AND CHICKEN POWDER.
6. ADD OYSTER SAUCE AND SOYA SAUCE. BRING TO A BOIL.
7. ONCE IT BOILS, ADD CORNFLOUR SLURRY.
8. LET IT BOIL. ADD CHICKEN, MIX WELL. COOK FOR A MIN AND TURN OFF FLAME AND ENJOY .
