Butter Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
150gms Butter
150gms Powdered Sugar
A pinch of Salt if you are using unsalted butter
1tsp Baking Powder
3 Eggs
130gms Maida
1tsp Vanilla Essence
30gms Chocolate
Method:
1. Cream butter with your hands.
2. Add powdered sugar and cream it till fluffy.
3. Add baking powder and salt if you are using unsalted butter. Mix well.
4. Add eggs one at a time and mix.
5. Add sieved maida and mix.
6. Allow to rest for 2 hours.
7. Add vanilla essence and mix.
8. Pour melted chocolate and swirl with a spoon.
9. Bake for 180° C for 50mins or an hour till done.
