Butter Garlic Paneer – soft paneer cubes tossed in a rich, buttery garlic sauce full of flavor.

Butter Garlic Paneer 🧈🧄🧀

Ingredients :
200g Paneer
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tbsp Cornflour
2 - 3 tbsp Oil to fry paneer
10g Butter
1tbsp Garlic
1/2tsp Chilli Flakes
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2tbsp Cornflour
1/2 cup Water
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp Sugar
1tsp Light Soya Sauce
1/2tbsp Schezwan Sauce
Spring onion greens for garnish

Method :
1. Cut paneer into small cubes. Add salt, pepper and cornflour to it. Toss it well.
2. Shallow fry paneer till light golden brown.
3. Add butter to the same pan.
4. Add chopped garlic and fry till light golden brown.
5. Add chilli flakes, pepper and mix.
6. Add fried paneer. Mix well.
7. Mix cornflour and water and add it to the pan. Mix well.
8. Add salt, sugar, light soya sauce and schezwan sauce. Mix well and cook for 2 mins.
9. Garnish with chopped spring onion greens.
