Butter Garlic Prawns
Ingredients:
20 Prawns (medium sized, cleaned & deveined)
1tbsp Oil
2 Cubes Butter
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Garlic
1tbsp Celery
1tbsp Onion
2 Green Chillies
1tbsp Water
Salt as per taste (use less salt as butter also has salt)
1tsp White Pepper Powder
1tsp Sugar
1tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1tsp Parsley
Method:
1. Clean and devein prawns. Wash them clean.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add butter and let it melt.
3. Add garlic, celery, onion and green chilli. Saute for 1 - 2 mins.
4. Add prawns and mix well.
5. Add salt, sugar, white pepper, chilli flakes & mix well.
5. Add water and let prawns cook for 2 - 3 mins on low flame.
6. Garnish with Parsley and serve immediately.
