Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread 🍗🧀🥖🧄
Ingredients : Chicken Marination & Frying
2 Chicken Thighs
1tsp Salt
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tsp Paprika Powder
1/2tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Juice of Half Lemon
1tbsp Oil to fry Chicken
Method :
1. Add above mentioned ingredients to chicken thighs. Mix well and marinate for 30 mins.
2. Fry the chicken in a little oil for 15 - 20 mins.
3. Once the chicken is cooled, cut into small chunks.
Ingredients - Alfredo Sauce
1/2 Cup Fresh Cream
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Cheese Slice
1/2tsp Chicken Powder
1/2tsp Sugar
A pinch of Salt
Method :
1. In the same pan, remove oil from pan if any and add cream, milk and cheese slices. Mix well till cheese melts.
2. Add chicken powder, sugar and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil. Turn off flame and cool.
Ingredients - Garlic Butter
3 Garlic Pods
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp Black Pepper
1tbsp Oil
20g Butter
1/2tbsp Chopped Parsley
A Pinch of Salt
Method :
1. Place the garlic pods with heads chopped off in a silver foil. Add salt, pepper and oil. Close the silver foil. Roast it in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 mins.
2. When cool, squeeze out the garlic, add room temperature butter to it, chopped parsley and a pinch of salt. Give it a good mix and your garlic butter is ready.
Ingredients - Assembling the Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread
1 French Bread Loaf
Mozarella Cheese
Chopped Parsley
Method :
1. Slit the bread open.
2. Spread the garlic butter on it.
3. Spread a thin layer of the alfredo sauce on it.
4. Place the chicken pieces generously.
5. Sprinkle aome grates mozarella cheese.
6. Bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for 20 - 25 mins.
7. Garnish with chopped parsley.
8. Cut into pieces and enjoy using the remaining alfredo sauce as a dip.
