Chicken & Potato Cutlets

Ingredients :
4- 5 Garlic Cloves
1.5 inch Ginger
3 Chillies
Half Handful Coriander Leaves
2tbsp Oil
250g Chicken Mince
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2tsp Garam Masala
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp Chicken Powder
1 Onion
Juice of Half Lemon
1 Potato (boiled & grated)
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
2 Eggs + 1/2tsp Salt
Breadcrumbs for coating

Method :
1. Grind garlic, ginger, chillies and coriander to a fine paste.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Add chicken mince. Cook till it changes color (turns white)
3. Add turmeric & black pepper powder, salt and chicken powder. Mix well.
4. Add chopped onion and cook till translucent.
5. Add green paste and lemon juice. Cook till mixture is dried.
6. Cool the prepared mince and add boiled grated potato and bread crumbs to it. Mix well.
7. Beat 2 eggs with salt as per taste.
8. Make small cutlets. Dip them in egg wash and voat in bread crumbs.
9. Shallow fry on medium flame till light golden brown.
