Chicken Handi ππΏ
Ingredients :
3tbsp Oil
1 Onion
500g Chicken Boneless Thighs (cut into small pcs)
1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1tsp Salt
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
1tsp Degi Mirch Powder
1/2tsp Cumin Powder
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/2tsp Garam Masala
Paste of Half Tomato + 2tbsp Tomato Sauce
1/2 Cup Curd (whisked)
3tbsp Fresh Cream
1/4 Cup Water For gravy (or as required)
1tsp Ground Kasuri Methi
Chopped Coriander
Method :
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add onions. Saute till light golden brown.
3. Add chicken and cook on high flame till it turns white.
4. Add salt, turmeric powder, degi mirch, cumin powder, black pepper powder, kasmiri red chilli powder and garam masala. Mix well.
5. Add tomato and sauce paste. Cook till oil separates.
6. Add whisked curd and fresh cream. Mix well. Cook till oil separates.
7. Add little water for gravy and bring to a boil. Cover & cook for 4 - 5 mins.
8. Add roasted kasuri methi ground to fine powder. Mix well.
9. Garnish with chopped coriander.
10. Enjoy with rice, roti, bread.
