Chicken Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients :
3tbsp Butter
2tbsp All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Milk
Half Small Onion + 1 Bay Leaf + 1 Clove
300g Chicken
1tsp Salt
1tsp Chilli Flakes
1tsp Oregano
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tbsp Chopped Parsley
1/2tsp Chicken Powder
1/2 cup Mozarella Cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
3tbsp Pickled Jalepenos
2 Eggs
Salt as per taste
Panko Bread Crumbs
Oil to Deep Fry

Method :
1. Heat butter in a pan. Add flour. Saute for 2 - 3 mins.
2. Add milk and onion with a bay leaf and clove attached to it.
3. Mix well till smooth. Remove the onion, clove and bay leaf.
4. Add chicken. Cook till it changes color.
5. Add chilli flakes, black pepper, salt, oregano, parsley and chicken powder. Mix well. Cook for 2 - 3 mins till chicken is completely cooked.
6. Cool and freeze for 2 hours.
7. Add mozzarella cheese, chopped pickled jalapenos and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
8. Make lemon sized balls.
9. Beat eggs with a pinch of salt.
10. Dip the balls in egg wash and coat with panko bread crumbs.
11. Deep fry in hot oil for 1 - 2 mins till light golden brown.
12. Enjoy with mayo ketchup dip.
