Chicken Malai Kofta 🧆
Ingredients for Kofta :
500gms Chicken Mince
1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1tsp Salt
1tsp Chilli Flakes
1tsp Cumin Powder
1/2tsp Garam Masala
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
2 Slice Bread
1tbsp Hung Curd
1tbsp Fresh Cream
2 Chillies
Oil to fry
Ingredients for Gravy :
2tbsp Oil
1 Onion
3 - 4 Green Chillies
10 - 12 Cashewnuts
1tbsp Melon Seeds

1 - 2tbsp Oil
3 - 4 Green Cardamoms
1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Cup Beaten Curd
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp Chicken Powder
1/2tsp Sugar
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tsp Cumin Powder
1/2tsp Garam Masala
1/4 Cup Fresh Cream
1tsp Kasoori Methi
1/2 Cup Water
Fresh Cream & Chopped Corianderfor Garnishing
Method :
1. In a bowl, add chicken mince, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, spices, slice bread, hung curd, fresh cream, chillies and coriander. Mix Well. Grind in mixer or food processor to combine everything.
2. Make koftas ans fry till light golden brown.
3. Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and chillies. Cook till translucent. Add cashewnuts and melon seeds. Mix well
4. Cook for 2 - 3 mins and turn off flame. Grind to a fine paste using little water.
5. Heat oil in a pan. Add green cardamom and ginger garlic paste. Saute for 1 - 2 mins.
6. Add ground paste and cook till oil separates.
7. Add beaten curd and spices. Mix Well. Cook on low flame till oil separates.
8. Add fresh cream, fried koftas and roasted & ground kasoori methi.
9. Add water. Mix well and bring to a boil. Cover & cook for 2 mins.
10. Garnish with fresh cream & chopped coriander.
