Chicken Manchurian
Ingredients :
Part 1 - Preparing Chicken
250g Boneless Chicken
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Cornflour
Oil to Deep Fry

Part 2 - Manchurian gravy preparation
1/4 Cup Oil
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Garlic
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Ginger
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Green Chillies
500ml Water
1tbsp Soya Sauce
1tsp Salt
1tsp Sugar
1tsp Chicken Powder
1/2tbsp Oyster Sauce
Cornflour slurry - 2tbsp Cornflour + 2tbsp Water
Chopped Spring Onion Greens for Garnishing

Method:
1. Add salt, pepper, egg and cornflour to chicken and mix well.
2. Deep Fry chicken till light golden brown.
3. In a wok, add oil.
4. Add garlic and fry for a minute. Add ginger and fry for a minute. Add green chillies and fry for a minute.
5. Add water. Bring to a boil.
6. Add soya sauce, salt, pepper, sugar, chicken powder and oyster sauce. Mix well and bring to a boil.
7. Add cornflour slurry. Keep stirring and bring to a boil.
8. Add chicken and bring to a boil. Cook for 2 mins and turn off flame.
9. Garnish with chopped spring onion greens
