Chicken Pan Rolls 🐔🌯
Ingredients - Chicken Filling :
3 Garlic Cloves
1inch Ginger
3 Chillies
2tbsp Oil
250g Chicken Mince
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2tsp Garam Masala
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp Chicken Powder
1/2tsp Sugar
1/2tbsp Vinegar
Method :
1. Grind garlic, ginger & chillies to a fine paste.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Add chicken mince. Cook till it changes color (or it turns white).
3. Add the spices, salt and sugar mix well.
4. Add ground paste and vinegar. Mix well.
Ingredients - Batter
1 Cup Flour
1/2tsp Salt
1 Egg
1.5 cups Water
Method :
1. Add flour, salt, egg and water. Mix well till smooth. Let it rest for 30 mins.
2. Grease the pan with a tissue dipped in oil.
3. Add batter and swirl pan. Pour the excess batter back in batter bowl.
4. Now let it cook on low to medium flame till it leaves the sides of the pan. Flip pan on a plate and remove sheet.
5. Prepare sheets of remaining batter.
Ingredient - Gum paste :
2tbsp Flour
Water
Method :
1. Place the filling and apply paste on edges of the sheet.
2. Close the sides and roll it tight.
3. Prepare all pan rolls as show in video.
Ingredients - Coating :
2 Eggs
1/2tsp Salt
Breadcrumbs (normal ones not panko)
Method :
1. Season the eggs and beat them well.
2. Dip the pan rolls in egg wash and coat them in bread crumbs.
3. Shallow fry on low medium flame till light golden brown.
