Chicken Patties
Ingredients :
1 Cup Shredded Chicken
1tbsp Butter
1 Cup Spring Onion Whites
1/2tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1tsp White Pepper Powder
2tbsp All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Water
1tbsp Chopped Celery
1tsp Oregano
1/4 cup Capsicum
1/4 cup Spring Onion Greens
1 Cube Grated Cheese
1/4tsp Salt
1/4tsp Chicken Powder
Ready made Puff Pastry Squares
1 Egg Yolk
Black Sesame Seeds
Method :
1. Heat butter in a pan. Add spring onion whites. Saute for 2 - 3 mins.
2. Add ginger garlic paste and white pepper powder. Saute for few seconds.
3. Add flour and cook for 2 - 3 mins.
4. Add milk and water. Mix well till smooth.
5. Add boiled and shredded chicken, chopped celery, oregano, capsicum, spring oniom greens and grated cheese. Mix well.
6. Add salt and chicken powder if required. Mix well and turn off flame. Allow it to cool.
7. Take ready made puff pastry squares.
8. Place chicken filling on one side.
9. Close and seal the sides with a fork.
10. Brush the top with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle some black sesame seeds.
11. Bake at 180° C for 20 - 25 mins.
