Chicken Schezwan Fried Rice

Ingredients :
1 Cup Golden Sela Rice
1 Chicken Breast
2 Eggs
1/4tsp Salt
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
3tbsp Oil
2tbsp Garlic
1/4 cup Onion
2tbsp Carrot
2tbsp French Beans
2 Chillies
2tbsp Spring Onion Whites
2tbsp Spring Onion Greens
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2tsp Ajinamoto
1tsp Ching's Schezwan Fried Rice Masala
1tbsp Schezwan Sauce
1/2tbsp Tomato Sauce
1tsp Green Chilli Sauce
1tsp Dark Soya Sauce
Orange Red Food Color mixed with water

Method :
1. Wash & soak golden sela rice for 2 hours. Add salt and boil the rice 100 %. Strain ans set aside.
2. Boil 1 chicken breast with salt and shredd it.
3. Break the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Beat well.
4. Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan. Add beaten eggs. Wait till eggs are half cooked. Then start scrambling. Once scrambled, move it to one side.
5. Add 1tbsp Oil and add finely chopped garlic. Saute till light golden brown.
6. Add chopped onion and saute tfor a minute.
7. Add chopped carrot, french beans and chillies. Saute for 1 - 2 mins.
8. Add boiled sela rice, spring onion whites and greens, salt pepper and ajinamoto, chings fried rice masala, schezwan sauce, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce, orange red food color. Mix and fry for 2 - 2 mins.
9. Add boiled and shredded chicken and mix well. Cook for 1 - 2 mins.
10. Serve with schezwan sauce or tomato sauce or enjoy it with your favourite chinese gravy.
