Chicken Tikka Roll 🐔🌯
Ingredients :
300g Chicken Thighs
1tsp Salt
1tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
1tsp Red Chilli Powder
1tsp Coriander Powder
1/2tsp Cumin Powder
1/2tsp Garam Masala
1/2tsp Kasuri Methi (roasted & crushed)
1tbsp Bhuna Besan
1tbsp Mustard Oil
2tbsp Curd
Juice of Half Lemon
1tbsp Oil to fry Chicken
Small pc of butter for charcoal smoke
Salad - Ingredients :
Half Cup Onion
Half Cup Cucumber
Half Cup Carrot
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tbsp White Vinegar
3 Eggs
1/2tsp Salt
Method :
1. Marinate chicken thighs with salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, bhuna besan, curd and mustard oil. Mix well. Marinate for 30 mins.
2. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan. Shallow fry chicken for 10 - 12 mins.
3. Give charcoal smoke for 2 mins. Slice the chicken into small pieces.
4. Add sliced onion, julienned cucumber & carrot to a bowl along with some salt and white vinegar. Mix it well.
5. Beat the egg with some salt.
6. Brush the tawa or pan with 1tsp oil.
7. Pour little egg mixture & spread it
8. Place a roti on it and cook for a few seconds. Flip it and cook on other side for few seconds.
9. Spread shawarma sauce on it.
10. Place chicken, veggies, mint mayo or tomatoe sauce + mayo mix.
11. Close the roll tight and enjoy.

Shawarma Sauce ‼️
Ingredients:
1 Egg
1tbsp Garlic Paste
Half Potato (Boiled & Mashed)
1tsp Salt
2tbsp Sugar
1 Amul Processed Cheese Cube
1/2tbsp Vinegar
1/2tsp Chaat Masala
2tsp White Pepper Powder
3tbsp Cream
1 Cup Oil

1. Blend it till thick.
