Chilli Chicken πΆπ
For Marination:
300g Chicken Thighs
1 tsp Salt π§
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste π§
1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce πΆοΈ
1 Egg White π₯
2 tbsp Cornflour π½
1 tsp All Purpose Flour πΎ
Method:
1. Mix all the above ingredients & marinate for 15 mins β±οΈ
2. Deep fry on low-medium heat till light golden brown ππ₯
For Sauce Mix
1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce πΆοΈ
3 tsp Tomato Sauce π
1 tsp Oyster Sauce π¦ͺ
1 tsp Dark Soya Sauce π₯£
1 tsp Vinegar πΆ
1/8 cup Water π§
Method:
1. Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl π₯£
For Gravy:
2 tbsp Oil π’οΈ
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped) π§
1/2 tbsp Ginger (chopped) πΏ
1 Green Chilli (sliced) πΆοΈ
1 Small Onion (cubed) π§
1 Capsicum (cubed) π«
1 cup Water π§
1/2 tsp Salt π§
1/2 tsp Chicken Powder π
1/2 tsp Black Pepper β«
1/2 tbsp Sugar π¬
Cornflour Slurry: 1 tbsp Cornflour + 3 tbsp Water π½π§
Spring Onion Greens (for garnish) π±
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger, garlic & chillies. SautΓ© for 1-2 mins π₯
2. Add onion & capsicum. SautΓ© for 30 secs π§

3. Add the sauce mix. Bring to a boil β¨οΈ
4. Add water, salt, chicken powder, black pepper & sugar. Boil again π
5. Add cornflour slurry & cook for 2-3 mins till it thickens π
6. Add fried chicken & mix well π
7. Garnish with spring onion greens & serve hot! π±β¨
