Coconut Cake 🥥🥥🥥
Ingredients:
250ml Milk
1tsp Baking Powder
1 Cup Water (250ml)
400g Sugar
200g Rava
200g Dessicated Coconut
100g Butter
4 Eggs
1tbsp Vanilla Essence or Rose Essence
Chopped Cashewnuts and Charoli
Method:
1. Mix baking powder with Milk.
2. In a cooking pot, add water and bring to a boil.
3. Add sugar and let it dissolve.
4. Add milk and baking powder mixture and mix.
5. Add Rava and bring to boil on low flame.
6. Add dessicated coconut and mix and turn off flame.
7. Add butter and mix and let mixture cool a bit.
8. Beat eggs till fluffy.
9. Add little at a time and mix batter.
10. Add vanilla essence and chopped nuts and mix.
11. Divide batter and add colors.
12. Line baking tray. Pour batter in baking tray.
13. Preheat oven for 180°C for 10mins and bake at 180°C for 1 hour.
