Cheese Corn Balls
Ingredients :
1 Cup Sweet Corn
1/2 Cup Paneer (grated)
1 Small Potato (boiled & mashed)
Half Onion or 1 Small Onion
1tsp Salt
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tsp Chilli Flakes
1tsp Oregano
1/2tsp Garlic Powder
1tsp Aromat Powder
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
2tbsp Chopped Coriander
Mozerella Cheese
Batter :
1/4 Cup Cornflour
1/4 Cup Flour
1/4tsp Salt
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
Water as required to make a thick batter
Other Ingredients :
Breadcrumbs (preferably Panko)
Oil to Deep Fry
Method :
1. Crush the sweet corn in mixture. Do no make paste. Transfer it to a bowl.
2. Add paneer, potato, onion, salt and spices, aromat powder, breadcrumbs and chopped coriander. Mix well.
3. Make lemon sized balls and stuff it with cheese
3. Mix Cornflour, flour, salt, pepper and water to make a thick batter.
4. Coat the balls with batter and breadcrumbs.
5. Deep fry on medium to high heat till light golden brown.
