Corn Ribs 🌽
Ingredients :
2 Sweet Corn
1tsp Salt
1/2tbsp Red Chilli Powder
Juice of Half Lemon
2tbsp Mayo + 2tbsp Tomato Sauce
1tsp Oregano
Method :
1. Cut the corn into half and then cut 4 parts of each.
2. Fry for 2 - 3 mins till they coil up.
3. Add salt and red chilli powder in a bowl. Mix it well.
4. Add fried corn and lemon juice. Mix well.
5. Mix mayo and sauce. Brush this mayo mixture on the ribs.
6. Sprinkle some oregano and enjoy !
