Creme Brulee 🍮
Ingredients :
1 Cup Fresh Cream
A Pinch Of Salt
1tsp Vanilla Essence
2 Egg Yolks
2 - 3tbsp Sugar
Method :
1. In a saucepan, add cream, salt and vanilla essence. Bring to a boil & turn of flame. Dot not boil.
2. In a bowl, take 2 egg yolks and sugar. Beat well.
3. Add cream and beat well.
4. Pour the mixture in ramekin moulds.
4. In a tray, add a kitchen add the bottom. Fill it half and place the ramekin moulds in it.
5. You can bake it at 180° C for 30 mins. Or you can steam it for 30 - 35 mins. If you are steaming it cover the moulds with silver foil.
6. Refrigerate for 1 - 2 hours.
7. Sprinkle castor sugar on top.
8. Caremlise sugar using a blow torch of heat the back of a spoon and caremelise the sugar.
