Fish Fingers
Ingredients :
500g Basa Fish Fillets
1 Lemon
1/2tsp Salt or as per taste
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Egg
3tsp Mustard Paste
1/4tsp Salt
1/4tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tbsp All Purpose Flour
Panko Bread Crumbs
Oil to Deep Fry
Method :
1. Cut Basa fish fillets into finger size strips.
2. Transfer to a bowl and add juice of 1 lemon, salt, pepper and ginger garlic paste. Mix & marinate for 15 - 20 mins.
3. In a bowl, add egg, mustard paste, salt, pepper and flour. Mix well.
4. Add fish and discard the water that is left in the bowl.
5. Mix well and coat the fish gently in pank bread crumbs. Do not press too much or overcoat it.
6. You can store in an airtight container and freeze for upto 2 - 3 months.
7. Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame till light golden brown.
8. Enjoy with tartar sauce.
