Chicken Fingers
Ingredients :
250g Chicken Mince
Salt as per taste
1tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tsp Chilli Powder
1tsp Soya Sauce
1tbsp Oyster Sauce
1tbsp Gralic (grated)
1/2tbsp Ginger (grated)
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
1tbsp Oil
Coating-
2 Eggs
Salt as per taste
Crushed Cornflakes
Oil to Deep Fry
Method :
1. Add chicken mince in a bowl. Add salt, chilli powder, black pepper powder, soya sauce, oyster sauce, oil and bread crumbs. Mix Well. Refrigerate for an hour.
2. Shape them into fingers.
3. Beat eggs with some salt as per taste.
4. Crush the cornflakes with a rolling pin.
5. Dip the chicken fingers in egg and coat in crushed cornflakes.
6. Deep fry till light golden brown.
