Crispy Mushroom Bombs

Ingredients :
1 Packet Mushrooms

Stuffing :
1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1tbsp Chopped Onion
1tbsp Chopped Capsicum
1/4tsp Salt
1/4tsp Pepper
1/4tsp Chilli Flakes
1/4tsp Garlic Powder
1/4tsp Oregano

Batter:
1/4 cup Cornflour
1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1/4tsp Salt
1/4tsp Chilli Flakes
Water as required to make a thick batter

Panko Bread Crumbs
Oil to Deep Fry

Method :
1. Wash the mushrooms clean.
2. Remove the stems.
3. For the stuffing, into a bowl, add mozzarella cheese, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, garlic powder, oregano. Mix well.
4. Fill the mushrooms with prepared stuffing.
5. Mix cornflour, apf, salt, chilli flakes and water to make a thick batter.
6. Coat the mushrooms in batter and pankobreadcrumbs.
7. Repeat again. You can coat them once or twice.
8. Now freeze them for 30 mins.
9. Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame till they turn light golden brown.
