🥟 Mutton Kheema Samosa Recipe 🥟

Ingredients:
🍖 250g Mutton Kheema
🧅 3 Medium-sized Onions
🧂 Salt (as per taste)
🧄 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
🌶️ 3 Green Chillies
🟡 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
🌿 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
🌿 1 tsp Coriander Powder
🍃 1 tsp Kasuri Methi Leaves
🌶️ 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
🧂 1 tsp Garam Masala
🌿 1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves
🥟 Samosa Patti
🛢️ Oil (for deep frying)

Method:
1️⃣ Add some salt to chopped onions 🧅, mix well, and keep aside for 10 mins.
2️⃣ Squeeze out the excess water from the onions.
3️⃣ In a pan, add mutton kheema 🍖, ginger garlic paste 🧄, green chillies 🌶️, turmeric powder 🟡, cumin powder 🌿, coriander powder 🌿, kasuri methi 🍃, chilli flakes 🌶️, salt 🧂, and garam masala. Mix well and marinate for 30 mins.
4️⃣ Cook on low flame 🔥 for 15-20 mins with the lid on.
5️⃣ Add onions 🧅, cook for 3-4 mins.
6️⃣ Add chopped coriander 🌿, mix well, and turn off the flame.
7️⃣ Stuff the mixture into samosa pattis 🥟 and seal with maida-water paste.
8️⃣ Deep fry in hot oil 🛢️ until golden brown.
