Ingredients for Street Syle Chana Papdi Chaat
2 Spring Roll Sheets
Oil to Deep Fry
1 Cup Curd
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 cup Sugar or as per taste
1.5 cups Cup Kabuli Chana
1 Potato
1 Onion
1 Tomato
1 Chilli
1tbsp Green Chutney
1/2 Cup Khatti Meethi Tamarind Chutney
1/2tsp Chaat Masala
Pomegranate Seeds for Garnishing
Chopped Coriander for Garnishing

Method :
1. Soak 1/2 cup chana overnight. Cook with 1tsp Salt and 1tsp Sugar until soft.
2. Boil potato with little salt and turmeric powder for color.
3. Cut spring roll sheets into small squares and deep fry till light golden brown.
4. Mix curd, milk and sugar till smooth.
4. To assemble chaat : In a bowl, add boiled chanas, boiled potato cut into cubes, finely choped onion, tomato, chilli. Pour the curd mixture, green chutney and tamarind chutney. Adjust as per taste. Finally add half the fried papdi and chaat masala. Mix Well.
5. Garnish with balance fried papdi, pomegranate seeds, chopped coriander and drizzle some tamarind chutney over it.
6. Serve immediately.
