Egg & Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients :
2 Boiled Eggs
1 Cup Boiled & Shredded Chicken
1/4 cup Onion (finely chopped)
1/4 cup Carrot (finely chopped)
1/4 cup Cucumber (finely chopped)
1tbsp Capsicum (finely chopped)
1/4 Cup Spring Onion Greens
2tbsp Mayonnaise
1tsp Salt
1tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tbsp Sugar
2 - 3tbsp Tomato Sauce
Slice Bread

Method :
1. Mix above ingredients excluding slice bread.
2. Cut the edges of the slice bread.
3. Spread mixture generously.
4. Cut into triangles and rectangles and Enjoy !
