Gaboli Fry
Ingredients :
2 Hilsa Fish Eggs
Half Lemon Juice
Water for washing
1 Cup Water
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
2tbsp Oil
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
Method :
1. Squeeze half a lemon and add some water to fish eggs. Wash it gently.
2. In a pan, add water, salt and turmeric powder. Mix well.
3. Add fish eggs and boil for 10 mins. Remove from water.
4. Heat oil in a pan and add fish eggs. Sprinkle some black pepper powder and fry fish eggs till light golden brown on both sides.
