Ginger Garlic Paste
Ingredients:
600g Garlic
400g Ginger
2tsp Salt (for preservation and flavor)
2tbsp White Vinegar (30ml) (for longer shelf life)
6 tbsp (90 ml) Oil
Method:
1. Blend ginger, garlic, oil, salt, and vinegar until smooth.
2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks or freeze in portions for 3-4 months.
