Donuts
Ingredients :
500g All Purpose Flour
285g Powdered Sugar
125g Dalda Ghee (or u can use 85g dalda and 40g pure ghee)
A Pinch Of Salt
2 Eggs
1tsp Vanilla Essence
1tsp Baking Powder
50g Curd or as required to form a dough
Method :
1. Mix all ingredients. Do not use water to knead the dough. If the dough is dry use curd but dont use water.
2. Keep dough to rest for 2 - 3 hours.
3. Fry on low medium flame till light golden brown.
