Coconut Biscuits 🥥
Ingredients:
113g or 1/2 cup Semi Soft Butter
150g or 3/4cup Castor Sugar
100g or 1 cup Deasicated Coconut
128g or 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2tsp Baking Powder
3 - 4tbsp Milk
Method :
1. Chop the butter into small cubes. Cream it till it turns white.
2. Add castor sugar to it and cream it till it turns pale white.
3. Add dessicated coconut.
4. Sieve in all purpose flour and baking powder. Mix it well with a spatula.
5. Add 3 - 4tbsp milk to form a dough.
6. Divide into 30g balls. Flatten it and coat the top with dessicated coconut.
7. Bake at 180° C for 30 mins or till it turns light golden brown. Baking time may vary depending on power or watts of otg.
