Garam Masala
Ingredients:
2tbsp Coriander Seeds
2tbsp Cumin Seeds
1tbsp Fennel Seeds
1tbsp Black Pepper Corns
1 Nutmeg
3 Star Anise
1 Mace
1tbsp Green Cardamoms
1tbsp Cloves
7 - 8 Cinnamon Sticks
6 Black Cardamoms
7 Bay Leaves
1tbsp Ginger Powder
Method:
1. Break Nutmeg and cut the bay leaves and add all whole spices to a pan heated for atleast 1 - 2 mins.
2. Dry roast spices for 2 - 3 mins on low flame till you get a nice aroma.
3. Grind to a fine powder and add 1tbsp of Ginger powder and mix well.
4. Store in air tight container.
