How to Make Nepali Chicken Momos | Chicken Momos Recipe | Cook with Judy and Flo

Chicken Momos

Ingredients - Filling:
300g Chicken Mince
100g Onion
25g Ginger
1tsp Salt
1tsp Soya Sauce
1tsp Aromat Powder
2tbsp Water
1tbsp heaped Vanaspati Ghee

Dough
250g All Purpose Flour
1tsp Salt
1tbsp Oil
Warm Water as required to form a semi soft dough

Method.
1. Mix chicken mince with ingredients mentioned below filling and marinate for 30 mins.
2. Mix flour and salt. Add warm water as required and oil to form a semi soft dough. Allow the dough to rest for 25 mins.
3. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them thin.
4. Add chiken filling and shape them to look like momos.
5. Boil water. Grease the steel hole plate with oil.
6. Place the momos on it and steam on high heat for 10 mins.
7. Garnish with chopped coriander and enjoy with momo chutney.
