Hyderabadi Chicken 65
Ingredients - Marination & Frying :
500g Chicken Thighs (cut into bite size pcs)
1tsp Salt
1tsp K. Red Chilli Powder
1tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2tsp Cumin Powder
1/2tsp Garam Masala
1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Juice of 1 Lemon
1/4tsp Tomato Red Food Color
1 Egg
2tbsp Cornflour
2tbsp All Purpose Flour
1/2tsp Baking Soda
2tbsp Curd
Oil to Deep Fry
Method:
1. Mix above ingredients and marinate for 30 mins.
2. Deep fry for 4 - 5 mins on medium flame.
Ingredients - Sauce
1/2 Cup Curd
2tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
1tbsp Green Chilli Sauce
2tbsp Tomato Sauce or Ketchup
1tsp Dark Soya Sauce
A Pinch of Tomato Red Food Color
1tbsp Vinegar
Method :
1. Mix above ingredients and set aside.
Ingredients : Final Dish
2 - 3tbsp Oil
2tbsp Garlic
5 Chillies
20 - 25 Curry Leaves
1/2 cup Water
1tsp Sugar (optional)
1/4tsp Salt
Method :
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic & saute till light golden brown.
2. Add chillies and curry leaves. Saute till curry leaves crackle.
3. Add prepared sauce mix. Mix and bring to a boil.
4. Add water and bring to a boil.
5. Add fried chicken and mix well. Cook for 2 mins & It's Ready !!!
