Sheet Pan Chicken Kebab
Ingredients :
500g Chicken
1 Onion (finely chopped & juices squeezed out)
1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1tbsp Green Chillies
1/4 Cup Chopped Coriander
Salt as per taste
1tsp Chicken Powder
1tsp Chilli Flakes
1tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tsp Chaat Masala
1/2tsp Garam Masala
Oil to grease
Method :
1. Mix above ingredients and marinate for 30 mins.
2. Grease a tray with oil. Spread the mixture and shape it to look like kebabs.
3. Bake at 200°C for 10 - 12 mins in preheated oven on middle rack with both rods on. Bake for 5 mins or till brown on top with only top rod on.
