Kalakand 🍬🥛
Ingredients :
125g Paneer
1/2 cup Milk (boiled & cooled)
1tbsp Malai (Cream)
1/2 cup Milk Powder
3tbsp Sugar or as per taste
1/4tsp Cardamom Powder
Method :
1. Boil the milk. Let it cool & come to room temperature.
2. Grease a tray with ghee.
3. In a pan, add milk and malai. Mix well.
4. Add milk powder. Mix well till lump free.
5. Add grated paneer and mix well.
6. Cook on low to medium flame till mixture thickens, stirring continuously.
7. Add sugar and mix well. Cook till it dissolves.
8. Add cardamom powder. Mix well and cook for 1 - 2 mins till it dries and no moisture is left.
9. Add this mixture to a greased tray.
10. Smoothen the surface with spatula.
11. Decorate with blanched and chopped pistachios.
12. Allow it to set for 20 - 30 mins.
13. Cut into squares and enjoy.
