Karak Chai Tea Masala Recipe
This special karak chai masala adds warmth, spice, and an aromatic touch to your tea, making it rich and flavorful.
Ingredients for Tea Masala:
2 tbsp green cardamom (elaichi)
1 tbsp black peppercorns
1 tbsp cloves (laung)
1 small cinnamon stick (dalchini)
1 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)
1/2 tsp dry ginger powder (saunth)
1/4 tsp nutmeg (jaiphal), grated
Method:
1. Dry roast the cardamom, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, and fennel seeds on low heat for 2-3 minutes until aromatic.
2. Let them cool, then grind into a fine powder.
3. Mix in the dry ginger powder and grated nutmeg.
4. Store in an airtight container.
How to Use in Karak Chai:
Add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of this masala while brewing your tea for a strong, flavorful cup.
