Lahori Fish Fry
Ingredients :
2 Ghol Fish Fillets or any boneless white fish of your choice
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Juice of Half Lemon
1/2tsp Kasuri Methi
1/4tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2tsp K. Red Chilli Powder
1/2tsp Crushed Red Chillies
1/2tbsp Crushed Coriander Seeds
1/2tsp Cumin Powder
1/4tsp Garam Masala
1/4tsp Carrom Seeds
1/4tsp Turmeric Powder
A Pinch of Orange Red Food Color
4tbsp Chickpea Flour
2tbsp Water
Oil to Deep Fry
1/2tsp Chaat Masala
Method :
1. Add salt, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice to the fiah fillets. Mix well.
2. Add rest of the spices. Mix well & marinate for 30 mins.
3. Mix chickpea flour and water. Add it to the fish and coat the fish well.
4. Deep fry on medium heat for 3 - 4 mins on each side.
5. Sprinkle chaat masala on it and serve.
