Mawa Kaju Cup Cakes
Ingredients:
1 Cup Maida
1 & 1/2tbsp Custard Powder
1tsp Baking Powder
1tsp Cardamom Powder
A Pinch of Salt
2tbsp Oil (30ml)
1/4 Cup + 1tbsp Milk (75ml)
50g Melted Butter
1 Egg
1tsp Vanilla Essence
125g Castor Sugar
160g Mawa
1/4 Cup Broken Cashewnuts and extra for decorating the top

Method :
1. Sieve flour, custard powder, baking powder, cardamom powder and salt and mix and keep aside.
2. In a bowl, add oil, milk, melted butter, egg and beat well.
3. Add vanilla essence, castor sugar and mawa and mix well.
4. Add broken cashewnuts and mix it well.
5. Preheat oven at 180° C for 10 mins.
6. Fill the cup cake mould to 3/4 and decorate the top with halved cashewnuts.
7. Bake them at 180° C for 20 - 25 mins
