Mini Chicken Pizzas
Ingredients for Dough :
3 Cups Flour
1tsp Salt
1/4 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Oil
1 cup Milk
Water as required
Ingredients - Chicken Filling :
1 - 2tbsp Oil
1/2tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Onion
300g Chicken (boiled & shredded)
1tsp Salt
1/2tbsp Sugar
1tsp Chicken Powder
1tsp Chilli Flakes
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tsp Oregano
1.5tbsp All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
1 Capsicum
1/4 Cup Boiled Sweet Corn
Other Ingredients :
Mozarella Cheese
Black Olives
Egg White
Sesame Seeds
2tbsp Melted Butter + Coriander
Method :
1. To prepare the dough add salt, sugar, instant yeast, oil, milk and water to all purpose flour. Mix well and bring dough together. Knead with electric kneader fpr 5 - 7 mins till dough is smooth. Allow dough to rest to 1 - 2 hours.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste. Saute for a min.
3. Add onions. Saute till translucent.
4. Add chicken, mentioned spices and mix well.
5. Add flour and cook for 1 - 2 mins.
6. Add milk and cook till mixture dries. Add stock and cook till mixture dries again.
7. Add capsicum and sweet corn. Mix well
8. When dough is double in size, divide it into 8 equal parts. Make smooth balls and cover and let it rest for 30 mins till it doubles un size again.
9. Make a cavity in between the dough ball with a bowl or glass and add the chicken filling and place mozerella cheese on it.
10. Apply egg white in the sides and sprinkle sesame seeds on it.
11. Decorate with black olives. Bake at 180 ° C in preheaten oven till golden brown.
12. Brush the surface with some melted butter mixed with coriander.
