Momo Chutney Recipe
Ingredients :
250ml Water
6 Tomatoes (small size)
10 - 12 Garlic Cloves
7 - 8 Pandi Chillies
2tbsp Oil
1tsp Salt
1tsp Aromat Powder
2tbsp Tomato Sauce
1/2 Cup Schezwan Sauce
2tbsp Vinegar
1tbsp Sugar
Method :
1. Slit tomatoes and add it to a sauce pan along with water, garlic and pandi chillies. Boil for 10 mins.
2. Cool completely and peel of the tomato skins.
3. Add everything to a blender and grind to a fine paste.
4. Heat oil in a pan. Add the ground paste, salt, aromat powder, tomato sauce, schezwan sauce, vinegar and sugar. Mix well and cook till it thickens.
5. Store in air tight containers in fridge for upto 6 months.
