Moon Biscuits 🌜🌛
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Ghee
1/3 Cup + 1tbsp Powdered Sugar
1 Cup + 2tbsp Maida

Method:
1. Mix ghee & powdered sugar into a bowl.
2. Add maida & mix well to form a dough.
3. Roll it out & cut out moon shapes with biscuit cutter. Decorate with some chopped nuts.
4. Heat a pan for 10 min on low flame. Place a stand & bake for 25 mins on low flame.
5. Bake in oven for 25 mins at 180 ° C.
