Mutton Ishtu

Ingredients :
1.5kg Mutton
Water
1tbsp Salt
1 Cup Oil
1/2 Cup Chopped Garlic
1/2 Cup Chopped Ginger
1/2 Cup Chopped Green Chillies
4 Onions
2 Potatoes
1 Carrot
10 - 12 French Beans
1tsp Turmeric Powder
1tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2tsp Garam Masala
Juice of 1 Lemon
Chopped Coriander

Method :
1. In a pressure cooker, add mutton, just enough water to cover mutton and salt. Mix well. Close pressure cooker lid and cook on high flame till 1 whistle. Lower the flamw ans take 4 whistles.
2. Heat oil in a vessel, add ginger. Saute for 2 - 3 mins.
3. Add garlic, saute for 2 - 3 mins.
4. Add chillies, saute for 2 - 3 mins.
5. Add chopped onions and saute till translucent.
6. Add potaoes, carrot and french beans. Mix well. Cover with lid and cook till veggies are cooked.
7. Add turmeric and black pepper powder. Mix well.
8. Add mutton and stock. Mix well and brimg to a boil.
9. Add garam masala and lemon juice. Mix well.
10. Garnish with chopped coriander.
11. Enjoy with rice or bread.
