Mutton Kandi

Ingredients :
250g Goat Mutton or Beef (boneless)
Half handful coriander leaves
5 - 6 Garlic Cloves
Half Inch Ginger
4 Green Chillies
10 - 12 Mint Leaves
Salt as per taste
1/2tsp Chilli Flakes
1/2tsp Garam Masala
1/4 cup Curd (i forgot to add it)
1 Lemon Juice
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
Wooden Skewers
Bread Crumbs
2 Eggs
Oil to Deep Fry

Method :
1. Grind to fine paste coriander & mint leaves, garlic, ginger and chillies.
2. Use boneless beef or goat meat. Add salt, chilli flakes, garam masala, ground paste, lemon juice and curd. Mix well. Marinate for 1 hour.
3. Transfer mutton to a pressure cooker. Add 1/4 cup water, turmeric powder and mix well. Pressure cook till mutton is tender.
4. Now dry the extra moisture.
5. Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 mins.
6. Fill the mutton pieces and coat in bread crumbs.
7. Beat eggs with a pinch of salt.
8. Dip the skewers in egg wash and deep fry till light golden brown.
