Kul Kuls
Ingredients :
250g All Purpose Flour (मैदा)
1/2 Cup Fine Semolina (रवा)
150g Powdered Sugar (पिसी हुई चीनी)
A Pinch Of Salt (एक चुटकी नमक)
1tsp Vanilla Essence (वेनिला एसेंस)
1 Egg (अंडा)
1tbsp Melted Ghee (पिघले हुआ घी)
Milk as required to form a dough (एक आटा बनाने के लिए आवश्यक के रूप में दूध।)
Method :
1. Sieve the flour and powdered sugar.
2. Add semolina, a pinch of salt and mix well.
3. Add egg, vanilla essence and melted ghee.
4. Mix well till the dough looks like crumble.
5. Add room tempertaure milk as required to form a dough. (Milk should not be hot nor cold)
6. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
7. Divide the dough into small tiny balls. Cover with damp cloth to avoid dough from drying.
8. Make kuls kuls using a kul kul former or a clean unused comb.
9. Heat oil for deep frying. Drop the kul kuls in hot oil and fry till you get a nice golden color.
