Prawns Rawa Fry 🍤

Ingredients :
250g Prawns (cleaned & deveined)
1tsp Salt
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2tsp Cumin Powder
Juice of 1 Lemon
1tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

Coating :
1/2 cup Semolina (Rava)
1tbsp Rice Flour
1/2tsp Salt

Oil to Shallow fry

Method :
1. Marinate prawns with salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin powder, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste for 15 mins.
2. Mix semolina, rice flour and salt.
3. Coat the prawns in semolina flour mixture.
4. Shallow fry on high heat for 2 - 3 mins on each side till light golden brown.
